Our dust collectors could have the above mentioned components which will be installed under the hopper:
- Rotary feeder
- Dust container
- Screw conveyor
- Big bag filling
Rotary feeders
Rotary feeders are mainly used for emptying waste from dust collectors during the filtration process. The rotary feeder conveys the dust from the upper part downwards using rotation. The rotor is equipped with flexible blades, which guarantees tight filtering conditions. The rotor is placed on the shaft using bearings, which are located outside the area of conveyed material. The rotor turns because of the electrogearbox which is located on the rotary feeder’s pedestal.
Rotary feeders are mainly used for conveying dust into big-bags or containers.
Dust containers
The dust containers are used for the local air filtration where only a small volume of dust appears (such as dedusting of welding fumes).
The usual volume of the dust container is 60 litres.
In the case the bigger dust container is needed, it would have a volume of 450 litres. Such container is easy to manipulate with the forklift.
Dust containers are an integrated part of the dust collector, which they seal under pressure. It is not permitted to operate the dust collector without the attached dust container.
Screw conveyors
Screw conveyor is used for the horizontal transport of the dust from the hopper of the dust collector. Very often the conveyor ends with the rotary feeder which ensures pressure separation of the inner side of the dust filter and the surrounding environment.
Screw conveyors are designed in lengths from one up to six meters without the central bearing.
Big bags filling
Filling into the big bags is mostly used for the dust collectors with the higher amount of separated dust, or in the case of there is a need for the additional manipulation with the rest of the dust.
An advantage is a high volume which is available (1000 litres) and an easy manipulation with the forklift. Big bag is mounted under the rotary feeder which is equipped with the hooks.
